A solid substance artificially shaped into a useful form, with highly polymers being the primary raw material.” In other words plastic is made out of highly polymers, its form can be artificially shaped as necessary, and it is in the solid state in normal conditions.

Since the first PVC resin was produced in Korea by a company named Dae han plastic Co., Ltd., in 1966, Korea developed to a producer of various plastics. As Korea entered an industrialized society (1985), the demand for plastic rose steeply, and the total production level of plastic of the world then was 7670 tons.
